  Robert and his team are experts in vehicle valuation and insurance processes. They 'turn over every rock' to maximize the financial result of your specific situation. I have used them three times over the last few years and each surpassed my expectations. Twice my insurance settlement was 200% greater than the original offer from the insurance company. In the third, my settlement was over 400% greater than original offer. Not using these guys leaves you poorer!

  I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who has been in a wreck. Whether it is a diminished value claim or like mine, a total loss, Robert can get you what you deserve. After spending literally months dealing with my claim with these crazy insurance people, Robert took care of it very fast. From the very moment I first spoke on the phone I knew that he was knowledgeable and took his job very seriously. He was able to stop all of the games that the insurance company tried to play. Next time there will be no delay in calling Vehicle Value Experts, they are the best.

  If you own a body shop, you NEED to know Mr. McDorman. He is a truly good and honest man who will fight for your customers rights. He has helped several of our customer's get a fair retail value for totaled vehicles and to make sure the vehicle should actually be totaled. We all know that the insurance companies tend to under value vehicles and can leave your customers holding the bag. He has also helped our customers stand up to the insurance companies to get high quality repairs that live up to our shops reputation and not half a job, which is what insurance companies, sometimes, want to pay. He is very knowledgeable and very good at his job. One example, we had a customer bring their new, 2016, car in that had been hit very hard on the front driver's side and also damaged the wheel and suspension components. My initial estimate for repairs was around $16K, while the insurance company came up with about $7K. The car could not be repaired for that, pure and simple and would have been a safety issue due to damaged suspension that the insurance company was unwilling to pay to replace, among other things. Mr. McDorman got about $19K out of the insurance company and we are able to repair the vehicle back to its original condition with no safety issues. We are proud to know him and call him a friend.

  My son wrecked his truck between deployments for the Air force. USAA offered $3,600 for his $8,000 truck. I refused the low ball offer. USAA came back “doing me a favor” and offered $4,200. Insurance companies are not on your side! Insurance company representatives are highly trained to screw you over and make you like it! I spent a total of 2 ½ hours trying to fight the “dark side” on my own! When dealing with the devil you need a good guy on your side! If your reading this you have found him!!! After calling McDorman, my battle was over. One call to Robert McDorman and one week later USAA mysteriously came up with $7,300. Thank you Mr. McDorman!!!!!!!! Master Jedi!!!!!
