You can only judge customer service when things are not going right, even if It is your fault (like you forgot to tell them you have a new checking account)! Mrs. Rachael knows her business and how to help even the dingest of her customers, and never once had the attitude of this isn't us its you. She just said this is what we can do! People are real quick to complain when something doesn't go the way they think it should, but we rarely take the time to say anything nice.
