- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor service on issues. I had a utility bill that was accidentally double charged. I approached the Bank Branch Office in Vidor for help to resolve the problem. I was given a whole lots of reasons why they couldn't stop a payment on a simple bill and wait for a correct charge. They used the "Pretty Face" routine, and when the batting of the eyelashes didn't work I was made to feel like I was out of line for expecting them to be on our side. THEN on our DEBIT account they allowed charges to go through when it was low on funds, and charged us an overdraft fee on top of it! This, Ladies and Gentlemen, is how a customer is treated after they HAVE BEEN WITH MIDSOUTH FOR 14-15 YEARS. The Branch Office in Opelousas Louisiana will bend over backwards for a customer. DO NOT expect anything out of the Vidor Office but a hard time.By Skunk Beard, August 07, 2017
