- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life. Her and her associates are helpful as long as they are getting your money. Otherwise if you have an issue in regards to billing or getting a call back about a cancelled account you are still being billed for don't expect any help from this agency. Would rate this zero stars if possible. Would recommend sticking with Geico, Progressive, or All State. This company will leave a bad taste in your mouth in regards to insurance.
